Refund policy
We do not accept returns or cancellations for any fine art prints or originals, but if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at hello@ifpaintcouldtalk.com and we will work with you to find a solution!
Damages and issues
If there is an issue with your order, we'll be there for you and won't leave you hanging! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and please send us a clear photo of the damage or defect. If the item is a fine art print, and if that print is damaged, defective, or the wrong item then you will have the choice of a refund or reprint.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
